KUA-160

The KUA-160 is an aluminium tube extraction arm ideal for small and medium sized workplaces. It is specially designed to extract fume, gases and oil mist contaminants.

A flexible extraction arm solution for small and medium sized workplaces

KUA is the extraction arm of choice and comes in various models. It is a flexible extraction arm for fume, gases and oil mist contaminants. Unique to the KUA is the combination of inner and outer arms of smooth aluminium tubing connected by our unique middle joint. The external easy-to-adjust elbow joint and the spring-assisted joint supported in double ball bearing make manoeuvring this arm a simple, one-movement operation. Position the arm exactly where you need it, when you need it.

KUA-160 hanging combines with the following units: 

  • FUA
    Extraction fan, recommended for small extraction systems.
  • FlexMax
    Extension crane that can extend the reach by 1.5, 2.5, 3.5 or 4.5 meter (5, 8, 11.5, 15 ft). The maximum reach with the FlexMax is 8.5 m (28 ft).
  • ERC-5.8 rail system
    Extend the reach of your KUA arm with 5.8 m (19 ft), the rails are connectable so the reach can be extended to your needs.

Stationary units:

  • WallPro
    Available with 1 arm and 2 arms, self-cleaning filter, from medium to high applications depending on the power level.
  • MonoGoplus
    1 arm, disposable filter for light and regular welding applications.
  • DualGoplus
    2 arms, disposable filter for light and regular welding applications.

    Comes in a length of 2, 3 or 4 m (6.5, 10 or 13 ft) with a max. reach of 4 m (13 ft), The diameter of this arm is 160 mm (6 in), which means that this arm is suitable for medium to large amounts of fumes, gases and oil mist contaminants.
  • KUA-200
    Comes in a length of 3 or 4 m (10 or 13 ft) with a max. reach of 4 m (13 ft). The diameter of this arm is 200 mm (8 in), which means an enormous airflow. This arm is suitable for huge amounts fumes, gases and oil mist contaminants.
  • KUA ATEX
    Comes in a length of 2, 3 or 4 m (6.5, 10 or 13 ft) with a max. reach of 4 m (13 ft), The diameter of this arm is 160 or 200 mm (6 or 8 in). Suitable for use in explosive environments (ATEX applications).
