Maintenance-friendly and compact:
The WallPro 2.0 is the best extractor for the professional welder.
This welding fume extractor comes in 3 variations: Standard, Power, and PowerPlus.
- The Standard version is suitable for regular welding activities where an extraction capacity of 1000 m3/h per arm is sufficient. This version is available with one or two KUA extraction arms, with lengths of 3 or 4 meters and a diameter of 160 mm.
- The Power version is also available with one or two KUA extraction arms of 3 or 4 meters in length, but these have a diameter of 200 mm. Additionally, this version is suitable for welding applications where an extraction capacity of 1450 m3/h is necessary (average to heavy welding fume production).
- The PowerPlus is the powerhouse for serious work. With an extraction capacity of 1800 m3/h, this version is suitable for applications with very high welding fume production, such as automatic welding, high amperage welding, and flux-cored arc welding. The PowerPlus comes with the most powerful fan and one KUA extraction arm with a diameter of 200 mm and 3 or 4 meters in length.
Extended reach
All arms can be mounted directly onto the filter unit, but also externally for extended reach.
To facilitate maintenance, an optional dustbin extension can be connected. This allows you to provide safety for everyone: the welder, their immediate surroundings, as well as your maintenance technicians.
The HyperClean system: best of both worlds
A large filter surface area with a cleaning system, yet a compact unit!
The WallPro 2.0 utilizes Plymovent's new and unparalleled, fully automatic HyperClean™ filter cleaning system, setting a new standard for efficiency and performance in filter cleaning. Unlike a Back Pulse system, the HyperClean™ system doesn't require a built-in compressed air tank.
This system has been specifically developed to clean the filter cartridge evenly and thoroughly, reducing filter load and extending its lifespan. The HyperClean™ system cleans the filter cartridge uniformly by blowing compressed air through flexible air lines. The tubes can move freely in all directions while expelling air jet at high velocity through the filter media, blowing the dirt from the filter surface area. The dust and dirt particles are collected in the dust bin.
The high-efficiency 20 m2 PTFE membrane filter cartridge ensures captured premium filter efficiency at low pressure drop. Equipped with a PTFE coating, the filter cartridge better repels dust during cleaning cycles. This extends the filter's lifespan and regulates any pressure drops, thereby reducing energy consumption.

Smart control equipment
Depending on the specific product type, WallPro 2.0 is equipped with 2 types of control systems:
- ControlGo
An easy-to-use control panel for fan and filter control.
ControlGo monitors the availability of compressed air, activates the HyperClean™ system, and controls the fan.
- ControlPro
Intelligent control panel with integrated touch display for advanced fan and filter control.
ControlPro includes a comprehensive package to monitor and control the HyperClean™ system and to manage the fan. Through the user-friendly touch screen, you can adjust all desired parameters. The screen provides clear insight into the system's status and performance at any time. ControlPro offers the possibility of remote access via Plymovents ControlPro Connect Cloud platform.

HEPA filter expansion is available
To comply with local laws and regulations, the WallPro 2.0 can be fitted with an additional HEPA filter module (filter classification H14). This filter module is a universal, wall-mounted unit with a HEPA filter cassette and is suitable for duct mounting.
Meets welding fume class W3
This filter unit is suitable for welding fumes originating from applications involving welding with steel and stainless steel. The WallPro 2.0 is compliant with welding fume class W3. In most countries, W3 is required to enable the recirculation of filtered welding fumes originating from stainless steel applications.
Safe, dust-free maintenance
With the WallPro 2.0, dust-free maintenance is possible to minimize exposure during general maintenance activities. Thanks to the valve between the filter and the dust container, the dust container can be emptied during operation. The filter can be replaced dust-free using the bag-in/bag-out system. However, you don't have to worry much about this, as the intervals between maintenance are long.
