AU Nozzle

The AU exhaust nozzles are designed to capture the exhaust flow at the source without interfering with the airflow. Used for car workshops and maintenance facilities.

The AU nozzle is highly suitable for Plymovent’s fixed extractors and exhaust hose reels.

The AU exhaust nozzles are designed to capture the exhaust flow at the source without interfering with the airflow. This makes the nozzle highly suitable for service stations where the vehicles may be operated indoors for emission testing.

According to TRGS-554 Jan-2019 and BAR-97 EIS Specification (July 2017).

The edge of the nozzle is equipped with edge protection so accidental scratching can be prevented.

The Test Facility Nozzle (TFN) is a vehicle exhaust removal device, suited for touchless extraction of vehicles. The TFN is the ideal nozzle for emission testing. 

Truck Extraction Nozzle

The Truck Extraction Nozzle is an adjustable nozzle which can connect to tailpipes that are hard to reach and/or have an irregular shape. The TEN facilitates European standard EURO 6 and American EPA 07 tailpipes.

Metal Exhaust Nozzle (MEN)

Nozzles

The MEN is designed to cover an exhaust gas temperature in a range up to 550°F (300°C) continuous or up to 1200°F (650°C) intermittent. Recommended for engine testing and natural gas engine service facilities.

REC Nozzle

Nozzles

The REC nozzle is equipped with an inner spring clip in order to strengthen the connection with the exhaust pipe. It includes a CO outlet and is recommended for use on cars and motorcycles.

REN Nozzle

Nozzles

The REN nozzle is designed to slip over the exhaust pipe and stay connected by friction seal. It includes a CO outlet and is recommended for use on cars and motorcycles.
