A healthy, safe and enjoyable working environment is invaluable to us. Plymovent invest a lot to help everyone staying healthy and fit. Mentally as well as physically. Therefor Plymovent (location Alkmaar) has its own gym and provides professional trainings sessions (bootcamp for example) in cooperation with Vitalics every week. Plymovent also provides you fresh fruit every week. Recently we organize a stop smoking program to every employee.

Learn from and inspire each other. We will invest in your personal development. A full course, one-day training or short course? We provide you the once you desire and need to develop yourself. A considerable personal development budget for training is available for everyone to develop yourself vertically or horizontally. 
Plymovent also like to invest in students and interns. We give them the space to work together with other interns and our colleagues on improvements and new activities.

After having a busy week, you are able to relax and have a drink with your colleagues in the Fanclub, our own typical Dutch pub. A lot of history is on display, makes you laugh and takes you through the history of Plymovent. Our company likes to celebrate and create traditions! Annual events for example: big Christmas party, ‘ Sinterklaas party’ , Summer BBQ and also several outdoor events during the year organized by our ‘ personeelsvereniging’. Plymovent recently celebrate his 45 anniversary.
